dirtiest stinking rooms . Please cancel this hotel's licence to operate. The single room was like a store room with a window that opened to an AC shaft, It was claustrophobic. We spent one night in this hell and checked out next morning though we had booked 4 nights. The breakfast plates dirty soil

Well located hotel close to Taksim Square. Concierge: ⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏼 I had to find the place and people inside before they can come and help, but they were helpful. Welcome : ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Receptionist was helpful and have a good command over English, Thank God finally. But I was asked to deposit £100 as hotel policy and they won’t take a credit or debit card !!! This was not mentioned on Hotel.com during booing or anything. Room: ⭐️ This is a cage not a hotel room, too small for a double bed and two people to stay and move around. Very old building and old set up. Need to refresh everything. Bed is uncomfortable and there is no A/C while the city is warmed to 22 degrees … definitely not a 4 star hotel Breakfast: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Restaurant and view are fab 👌🏽, but the food choices were poor and not being filled up as they were getting empty. Good luck if you would find anything after 9am even though they closed at 10:00am. Mehmet from the restaurant was very helpful and got food for me from the kitchen as they won’t fill up the empty tray… 😕 Location: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Location of the hotel is great 👍🏼. Overall: ⭐️⭐️ Overall this hotel shouldn’t be rated over 2 star, they need to modernise it further to get more star and focus on guest comfort and care.

pleeease don't go! I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience was at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff, who were Iranian, were incredibly rude and unhelpful. On the first night, the room they gave us was so small that it didn't even have enough space for our luggage, and it was way below the standard size. When we tried to address this issue, they refused to refund our money and forced us to find another hotel for the night. We later discovered that this is a common practice for them, as we spoke to several other guests who had similar experiences. After spending a night at another hotel, we reluctantly returned to this awful establishment only because we had already paid for our stay. The room they gave us was still subpar, and the only reason we stayed was to avoid losing more money. To make matters worse, the hotel's breakfast was of terrible quality and offered very limited options. It was easily one of the worst meals I've ever had. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The staff's appalling behavior, the substandard rooms, and the abysmal breakfast are just a few of the reasons why this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

This hotel is near to Taksim and easy access to Metro and shopping at Istiklal street, with big toilet for our three persons family. Also the breakfast Saloon had a very good view and friendly seagull.
